Healthy choice has brought some really good substitutes. But, too much fruit isn’t good either. So, I have come to the conclusion a smaller chocolate bar or a cookie, or something like this is fulfilling and healthy. I’ve been thankful I’m not diabetic, and have the ability to enjoy these today. By keeping a healthy balance of the foods my body needs to maintain healthy organs, healthy digestion, and exercise. You could say I have my cake and eat it to; half-a-piece anyway!
